Auramix 201 is a unique combination of new generation super plasticizer based on polycarboxilic ether polymer with long lateral chain. Electrostatic dispersion mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in fl owable concrete. It is supplied as a light brown liquid, instantly dispersible in water. Auramix 201 disperses the cement particles effectively in the concrete mix and hence exposes a larger surface area to the hydration process. This effect is used either to increase the Auramix 201 strength or to produce high workability concrete or reduce cement content of concrete. or to retard the setting time of concrete. Compatibility : Can be used with all types of portland cements except high alumina cement. Auramix 201 is compatible with other types of Fosroc admixtures when added separately to the mix. Site trials should be carried out to optimise dosages.

Product Details:

Brushbond is a two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of Brushbond powder and Brushbond liquid  acrylic emulsion. It requires only the addition of water on site and when mixed in the proper proportions, an easily brushable coating is produced. Brushbond can simply be applied by a stiff brush, or trowel to obtain the desired thickness.Brushbond powder grey consists of specially selected cements, graded hard-wearing aggregates and additives supplied in powder and Brushbond  liquid component of blended acrylic copolymers. The polymer provides Brushbond  with exceptional adhesion, toughness and durability.

Nitotile Grout is a blend of specially selected cements, fillers and synthetic organic polymers. When added to water it readily blends to produce a smooth creamy paste which when set is water and mould resistant. Nitotile Grout is used in conjunction with Nitotile* tile adhesives.

The three versions of Lokfix polyester resin grout are all premeasured, two part, filled polyster resin grouts. After hardening the grout produces anchorages of consistent reproducible values. The versions are : Lokfix L ( Large aggregate) Lokfix S ( Small aggregate) Lokfix P ( Pumpable grade) Lokfix L is used where hole diameter exceeds bar diameter by 25 to 50mm. Lokfix S is used where the difference between the hole diameter and bar diameter is < 25mm. Lokfix P is used in overhead or horizontal holes where bar / hole relationship conforms to Lokfix polyester resin grout S. The thixotropic nature of Lokfix polyester resin grout P reduces flow of grout out of the hole.
